- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met.
- Train, schedule, and oversee housekeeping employees to ensure efficiency and compliance with policies.
- Conduct routine inspections of rooms, common areas, and laundry services to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
- Maintain housekeeping inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Address resident and staff concerns related to housekeeping services in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a well-maintained living environment for residents.
- Enforce facility policies and procedures while maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality or healthcare management is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Experience in a healthcare, long-term care, or senior living facility is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and infection control procedures.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and meet all health requirements.
