Clinical Healthcare Leader

**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Belleville Healthcare & Rehab Center. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, enhancing their clinical care and quality of life, and ensuring that all resident rights are protected.

**Responsibilities and Qualifications**

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional nursing care in accordance with our policies and procedures;
• Preparing and administering medications as ordered by the physician;
• Checking residents daily to ensure prescribed treatment is being properly administered;
• Keeping the RN Supervisor informed about resident status and related matters;
• Implementing recommended changes as directed by the RN Supervisor or Director of Nursing;
• Administering professional services such as catheterization, tube feeding, suction, and applying dressings/bandages;
• Completing required record-keeping forms/charts upon admission, discharge, transfer, etc.;
• Giving and receiving nursing reports upon reporting in and ending shift duty hours;
• Investigating complaints and grievances and making necessary oral/written reports;
• Presenting a professional image to residents and families through dress, behavior, and speech.

To qualify for this position, you must have:

• Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN);
• A caring and loving personality and demeanor;
• Leadership and mentorship skills;
• The ability to work your scheduled shift;
• The ability to read, write, and speak English.
