**Job Summary**
This is a full-time position, working 36 hours per week. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care to residents, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress.
**Key Responsibilities**
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing individualized care to residents, including administering medications and performing treatments;
- Conducting daily rounds to assess resident needs and report any concerns to the RN Supervisor;
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans;
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress;
- Participating in training and education programs to enhance your skills and knowledge;
- Engaging with residents and their families to promote open communication and build trust.
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN);
