Qualifications & Details
To qualify for this position, you must have:
- Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- A caring and loving personality and demeanor
- Leadership and mentorship skills
- The ability to work your scheduled shift
- The ability to read, write and speak English
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional nursing care in accordance with our policies and procedures
- Enhance the clinical care and quality of life of our residents
- Ensure all resident rights are protected
- Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician
- Conduct daily rounds to evaluate physical and emotional status
- Keep the RN Supervisor informed about resident and staff matters
- Implement recommended changes as directed by the RN Supervisor or Director of Nursing
