You will also investigate and address complaints and grievances, providing necessary oral and written reports to the Director of Nursing (DON), and exchange nursing reports at the beginning and end of your shift duty hours.
As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest degree of quality resident care by adhering to established policies and procedures, under the guidance of the Director of Nursing (DON). You will also conduct daily checks on all residents to ensure that prescribed treatments are administered correctly by nursing personnel/assistants and to assess their physical and emotional well-being.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing, current licensure in the state of Kansas, and proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
