Indiana University is seeking candidates for the Executive Director of Web and Digital Strategy position. This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative, forward-thinking leader to shape the future of web and digital strategy for Indiana University (IU).
Job Summary :
Department Specific Responsibilities :
- Provides leadership and mentorship for the web strategy and CRM teams.
- Serves as a member of the Marketing senior leadership team and the Vice President of University of Communications and Marketing cabinet.
- Plays a pivotal role in steering the university's Digital Strategy Initiative (DSI).
- Oversees the planning, design, execution, and maintenance of iu.edu and other centrally managed sites, in collaboration with UITS, as well as key website projects deemed institutional priorities.
- Implements strategies to continuously optimize website performance, user experience, and CTA conversion rates.
- Collaborates with senior leadership to develop plans and integrate digital initiatives into the broader business strategy of the university.
- Works collaboratively in cross-functional teams to develop and execute scalable enterprise web and digital solutions.
