Job Description
- Handle phone and email communication with parents and staff.
- Schedule meetings (IEP/504/Parent Requests) and provide parents with conference notifications.
- Complete special education tracking and student data reports for BASSC and iStar.
- Support Medicaid billing and compliance.
- Manage calendars for special education staff.
- Maintain special education records.
- Assist with SEL grant coordination.
- Complete ordering and manage curriculum distribution for special education teachers and related service providers.
