Job Description: The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and comfortable experience for our guests. This role involves managing daily operations, including room cleaning, serving continental breakfast, and handling room changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Services:
  • Welcome and check-in guests, ensuring a smooth and pleasant arrival experience.
  • Address guest inquiries and provide information about local attractions and services.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Room Management:
  • Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, ensuring they are spotless and well-maintained.
  • Change and refresh rooms daily, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues.
• Breakfast Service:
  • Prepare and serve a continental breakfast each morning, ensuring a variety of fresh and appealing options.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area.
  • Monitor inventory and restock breakfast supplies as needed.
• Administrative Duties:
  • Manage reservations and update booking systems.
  • Handle billing and payment processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest stays and transactions.
• Property Maintenance:
  • Ensure common areas are clean and inviting.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff for any repairs or upkeep needed.
  • Monitor security and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
