What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver position at Bellevue Group?
This position is responsibel for carrying out the ADL services to residents in accordance with their service plan in a given community. These duties include providing personal care of residents, All duties are performed under the direction of the Director, of Health and Wellness while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.
Summary
As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and enhancing their quality of life. Reporting to the nursing staff or care manager, your core responsibility will be caregiving, while utilizing premium skills such as patient observation, first aid, and assistance with daily living activities (ADLs). Your relevant experience in long-term care and senior living will further enrich the care provided. Qualifications
- Proven experience in caregiving and patient care
- Certification in First Aid and CPR
- Familiarity with assisted living and home & community care practices
- Ability to assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Experience in group home, assisted living, and/or nursing home settings
- Strong observational skills for patient monitoring
- Competence in cleaning and maintaining a safe environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
