Are you passionate about tile, marble, and design? Bellew Tile & Marble – Yarmouth is looking for a driven, customer-focused Showroom Coordinator to create an exceptional experience for our clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide a welcoming and inspiring showroom experience for builders, designers, architects, and homeowners.
- Manage and host showroom appointments, ensuring a smooth and engaging customer relationship experience.
- Maintain showroom displays and signage, keeping them organized, updated, and visually appealing.
- Assist and qualify walk-in customers, helping them navigate product selections.
- Grow sales by building strong relationships with industry professionals and homeowners.
- Plan and host showroom events to connect with clients and industry partners.
- Support inside sales, assisting with appointments, walk-ins, and scheduled meetings.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure seamless order processing.
- Track and follow up on open orders, quotes, and projects.
- Train, manage, and coach sales staff.
- Work with the Team to capture showroom content and build a social-media presence.
- Assist with answering incoming phone calls, directing inquiries, and providing excellent customer support
- Become proficient in helping contractors purchase the materials needed to complete their projects.
- Become a product guru in tile, natural stone, and installation materials.
