Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Non-Invasive Body Contour Specialist to join our dynamic team in Plano, TX. This role involves performing cutting-edge, non-invasive treatments designed to help clients achieve their desired body transformation goals. The ideal candidate is results-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping clients feel their best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of non-invasive body contouring treatments tailored to clients' needs.
- Consult with clients to understand their goals and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Conduct visual assessments and document client progress with photos and detailed treatment notes.
- Provide pre-treatment and post-treatment education and recommendations to clients.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and professionalism in the treatment rooms.
- Build trust and strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sell and upsell treatment plans, undergarments, and related products to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional spa experience for every client.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) to effectively communicate with diverse clients.
- Certification or formal training in non-invasive body contouring techniques (required).
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role in the aesthetics or wellness industry.
- Sales experience with the ability to recommend and upsell services and products to clients.
- Familiarity with the operation and safety protocols for body contouring equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and providing exceptional client care.
