Front Desk Receptionist
Duties:
-Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the office
- Inform appropriate personnel that their client has arrived at the office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming call to appropriate personnel
- Provide basic information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
-Update calendars and schedule meeting
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing/emailing
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Manage office supplies and inventory
Skills:
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Strong project coordination skills
- Familiarity with office equipment, file systems, and phone systems
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to quickly learn new software programs for order entry
