Location : 1580 Commanche Ave, Green Bay, WI 54313
Shift Hours :
Hours : Full-Time 0.80 FTE (32 hours / week)
Shift : 4-day work week working Day shift! Monday - Friday (hours vary between 7 : 30am - 5pm).
Job Description :
Responsible for nursing care under the direct supervision of the Provider / Registered Nurse. Records nursing care given and reports to appropriate person with changes in patient's condition; consults with RN / Provider when uncertain about nursing or medical act; provides basic health instructions and reinforces teaching by other health team members.
Qualifications :
WI LPN license or AAMA Certification required.
