Job Summary
The Service Lot Attendant/Porter helps ensure complete customer satisfaction by moving vehicles in and around the service area/lot, maintaining the cleanliness of vehicles and the service area, delivering vehicles to customers after service is complete, and transporting customers to/from their home when needed.
The ideal candidate has a high energy level, positive attitude, desire to work in a fast-paced environment, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
- Vehicle Management: Drive and park customer vehicles in the service area; ensure vehicles are securely parked and properly positioned for service.
- Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers with their vehicle drop-off and pick-up, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Service Area Maintenance: Keep the service area clean and organized; perform light cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste.
- Shuttle Services: Provide transportation for customers to and from the dealership if required, ensuring timely and courteous service.
- General Support: Assist service technicians and advisors with various tasks, including retrieving tools, equipment, and other service-related items.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
