Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program approved by the Commission for the Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education.
• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Washington State, or eligible for reciprocity.
• A person who demonstrates the physical and mental capabilities (practical &/or written, post training competency test) to perform the duties required of the position.
• A person who is motivated to progress in their career and demonstrates leadership capability, strong communication and organizational skills, self-motivation, and initiative.
• Three to five years of related management experience preferred, however structured training is available for the candidate who has no leadership experience but is willing to learn and be mentored.
