TITLE: IEP TRAINING SERIES WITH ALLAN BLUME - STIPEND POSITION
POSITION SUMMARY:
Bellingham Student Services is seeking 21 applicants to complete a 3-session training on the Blume Method/IEP writing process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participants are REQUIRED to complete all 3 virtual sessions from 3:15 - 4:15pm on the following dates:
Monday, May 5, 2025
Monday, May 12, 2025
Monday, May 19, 2025
Topics will include: impact statement, baseline data tools, taking data on latency/duration, etc., and goal writing. Workshop activities will also be required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a member of the Bellingham Public School staff. Priority will be given to educators responsible for writing IEPs.
SALARY: Upon verification of attendance at all 3 sessions and completion of workshop activities participants will be compensated at a flat stipend of $300. Funding is awarded through the 274 Grant and participants will be asked to sign a timesheet reflecting their time and effort in the training series.
