As a Host Staff member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your core skills in customer service and communication will be essential as you greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. With experience in food service and restaurant operations, you will effectively handle guest inquiries and maintain efficient flow within the dining area. Your familiarity with POS systems and guest relations will further enhance our commitment to exceptional hospitality. Some Responsibilities Include:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.
- Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen personnel to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area and dining space.
Applicants must have prior customer service experience, an outgoing personality, a guest first attitude and the drive to learn our operation.
Must be able to work dinner shifts and weekends.
