Design Support Specialist:
Purpose
Bellmont Cabinets is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Design Support Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Training & Design Manager, this role provides critical support to the design and training team by reviewing appliance and panel specifications, assisting with design reviews, and supporting other various administrative functions across department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in cabinetry design, CAD, or graphic design who enjoys collaborating with teams and ensuring high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities

- Review and specify cabinetry for appliance integration and panel sizing.
- Conduct design reviews for dealers to ensure accuracy.
- Create CAD/illustrative modifications for cabinets to accommodate appliances.
- Schedule, coordinate, and track training sessions for internal and external participants
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on projects as needed.
- Perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support department functions.
Qualifications

- Proficient in software packages including Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite, & other web-based platforms
- Basic understanding of Cyncly design or other CAD related systems preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to coordinate cross-departmental projects effectively.
- Works effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Frameless cabinetry knowledge, advanced design, and graphic design experience are a plus.
Required Education/Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous experience in cabinetry design, CAD software, or graphic design is preferred.
