Cabinet Service Technician - Multi-Family Unit
About Us: At Bellmont Cabinet Co., we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality cabinetry solutions to our customers. We are committed to excellence in both our products and our service, and we’re looking for a dedicated Service Technician to join our team.
Position Overview: As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all multi-family installations are completed to the highest standards. Your primary responsibilities will involve servicing, installing, and reinstalling products to address factory defects, design errors, client requests, and other installation challenges.
Location: The Service Technician will be based out of Bellmont's Sumner, WA warehouse with frequent travel required to job sites throughout the Western WA area. A company vehicle will be provided pending a clear Motor Vehicle Report.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform technical cabinetry service and installation work as required.
- Maintain detailed logs, reports, and punch lists of completed work.
- Identify and resolve issues that arise during installations, including making on-the-spot adjustments or repairs.
- Travel to various job sites across Western Washington, adhering to scheduled appointments set by Project Coordinators.
- Communicate effectively with Project Coordinators regarding necessary products and materials for service completion.
- Engage with clients on-site to address questions or concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment at all job sites.
Qualifications

- Flexible schedule to accommodate job requirements.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Self-motivated and organized, capable of working independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to improvise when necessary.
Required Education/Experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience in cabinet making or field repair.
- Clean driving record for at least 3 years.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
