Cabinet Delivery Driver Helper
Purpose
At Bellmont Cabinet Co., we take pride in delivering high-quality cabinetry that transforms homes and businesses. As a Cabinet Delivery Helper, you will be an essential part of this process, assisting with the safe and efficient delivery of our products to customers. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and physical stamina to handle the demands of a fast-paced, physically challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and safe handling of cabinets and parts at customer locations.
- Work as part of a two-person team, supporting the Cabinet Delivery Driver in all aspects of the delivery process.
- Help maneuver bulky and heavy items into tight spaces as needed.
- Engage with customers in a professional and courteous way, representing Bellmont Cabinet Co. with professionalism.
- Ensure all items are accounted for and in good condition before and after transport.
- Follow all company safety standards and guidelines to minimize risk and prevent damage.
- Must be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday. The workday starts at 5:00 AM, with end times varying depending on the delivery schedule.

Qualifications
Attributes / Qualifications
- Ability to consistently lift 65-75 lbs. and occasionally lift 100-125 lbs. with assistance.
- Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 10 hours long.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to follow directions.
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. The ability to work in a team environment

Required Education/Experience
- 1-2 years of previous moving experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
