What You’ll Do:
- Operate a pick lift to safely retrieve and transport raw materials.
- Inspect materials for quality and replace defective products when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized inventory area to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in replenishing raw materials for production and restocking as needed.
- Use protective and assistive devices (padding, straps, slings, hooks) to ensure safe handling.
- Support other departments and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with assistance for heavier items).
- Ability to push/pull up to 200 lbs
- Comfort using a tape measure and basic computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining safety and accuracy.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma preferred (but not required).
- Prior experience operating a pick lift is a plus!
- OSHA forklift certification strongly preferred – if you don’t have it, we can help you get it!
