- Proven track record of designing B2C online products, ideally in gaming, poker, or entertainment.
- Strong eye for UI/visual design with the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.
- Basic programming knowledge to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
- Fluency in Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas teams and partners.
- Passion for poker, video games, or a strong interest in learning about the gaming industry.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a strong focus on driving results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and juggle multiple priorities.
- Experience conducting user research or testing.
