Anticipated Middle School Counselor - Bellows Falls Middle School

Bellows Falls Middle School is seeking a School Counselor for the 2025/2026 school year. Qualified candidates should be: -Familiar with the process of creating EST, and 504 plans -Familiar with Personalized Learning Plans -Experienced working with Middle School Students -Able to collaborate with parents/guardians, teachers, administrators, and other educational specialists to assist students in developing academic, personal, and social skills. -Provide leadership, intervention, and support when crisis counseling is appropriate -Participate in grade-level activities and school-wide functions -Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues Experience with Trauma-Informed practices, Second Step, Responsive Classroom, and Restorative Practices is desired. A Vermont educator’s license Level I or Level II with a guidance endorsement is required. Individuals should apply via School Spring and include a letter of interest, a resume, evidence of Vermont certification, transcript(s) of degree(s), and three current letters of reference.
