Venue Manager / Sales Professional
Are you passionate about sales, events, and creating unforgettable experiences? We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Venue Manager to take the lead at our stunning event space in the Smoky Mountains!
About the Role:
We need a proactive go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, independent environment. This person will be responsible for filling our calendar with events—not just weddings, but also corporate retreats, family gatherings, photoshoots, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on leads and close sales with confidence
- Conduct in-person and virtual tours of the venue
- Manage the event calendar and ensure dates are booked efficiently
- Make sales calls and respond to inquiries promptly
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media
- Develop strategies to market the venue for a variety of occasions
- Represent the venue with professionalism and enthusiasm
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Experience in event planning, hospitality, or venue management is a plus
- Confident communicator – on the phone, via email, and in person
- Social media savvy (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok a plus!)
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and hit goals
- Passionate about hospitality and making every event memorable
