Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at BellStores. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver fast, efficient, and friendly service to all customers
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Work collaboratively with other store employees to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Perform tasks as assigned by Store Management
Physical Requirements
- Stand for 90% of the workday
- Lift up to 40 pounds daily for stocking shelves and coolers
- Reach above head for cigarette racks and storage shelves
- Bend frequently (down and side to side) for cleaning and stocking
- Pull a cart daily
Qualifications
- Outgoing and able to work pleasantly with the public
- Ability to work shifts, holidays, and weekends
- Honest and dependable
- Reliable transportation and phone communication
