Key Responsibilities
- Leverage Dairy Queen's brand ambassadorship and maintain professionalism in all aspects of performance.
- Greet fans with enthusiasm and welcome them to the DQ brand.
- Deliver timely and quality service to exceed fan expectations.
- Assist GM and Assistant Manager(s) in training and coaching crew members.
- Maintain a positive, safe, clean, and inviting environment.
- Calmly solve fan concerns and adhere to Dairy Queen's service recovery standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of high-volume quick-service restaurant experience required.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices.
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a great attitude.
- Comfortable standing for entire shifts and able to lift 50 pounds.
