District Supervisor of Multi-Unit QSR Locations

Job Description

District Supervisor of multiple QSR locations in a multi-county area owned and operated by BellStores, Inc. headquartered in Massillon, OH. Counties include Guernsey, Coshocton, and Jefferson counties. Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee and manage all areas of multi-unit QSR locations.
• Drive operational efficiency by analyzing key metrics, including profit and loss statements, labor and food costs, and customer satisfaction scores.

· Accountable for sales and profitability of QSR locations to meet goals established by BellStores, Inc.

• Ensure QSR locations are operated within operational guidelines established by BellStores, Inc.
• Ensure that all necessary systems and routines are incorporated into the day-to-day operations of the QSR locations.
• Oversee the management of the entire operation of each of the QSR locations through the hiring, termination, and development of staff.
• Lead, develop, and mentor General Managers and their teams through hands-on coaching and performance management.
• Responsible for effective management schedules and ensuring that all QSR locations are properly staffed for all day parts and sales volumes.
• Plan, assign, direct work, and resolve problems to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Establish a positive working relationship with each of the management team members to foster and promote a cooperative and pleasant working climate that supports the BellStores, Inc. culture, programs, and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and food safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Education minimum of 2-year associate degree or equivalent
• Multi-unit QSR locations management preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to drive results.
• Strong math skills and proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Must be detail oriented with the capability to oversee all aspects of the business and multiple areas simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Pass the criminal and driving background check.
• Ability to work a minimum 40-hour work week with a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Ability to travel in a company vehicle to visit assigned QSR locations.
