What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paint and Cleaning Technician position at BELLSTORES?
An entry level position, the paint and cleaning technician performs tasks involving physical labor at convenience stores, food service locations, and other company owned commercial properties.
· Prepare sites by cleaning interior and exterior walls, buildings, floors, and lots and setting up/tear down of equipment safely.
· Ensure that painting and cleaning equipment is maintained and promptly repaired when required.
· Ensure proper handling and storage of materials according to the Material Safety Data Sheets.
· Load and unload trucks and lift/move materials.
· Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed and report issues to the attention of the primary or secondary supervisor.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

This position requires good multi-limb coordination, heavy lifting, walking and standing for long periods of time, reaching above the head, kneeling/squatting, and climbing ladders. The employee lifts, pushes, pulls, carries objects and materials, and may perform periodic height work. The employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
