We are currently looking for someone who enjoys both driving and performing physically active duties. The primary responsibility for this position is driving an insulated milk tanker truck to local and/or regional dairies, pumping milk, transporting milk to the Bellwether Farms creamery, unloading milk, milk testing, tank washing, and accurately recording data on receipts and milk charts. When not transporting milk, this position requires the employee to assist in the warehouse(s) with whatever tasks may need to be done that day. This position requires a valid California Driver License and a clean driving record.

Requirements:
Must have:
- A minimum of 2 years’ driving experience
- Valid CDL and a clean DMV record (Class A license is a plus)
- California Sampler’s & Weigher’s License or ability to obtain (training provided)
- 2 years’ forklift experience (forklift certification a plus)
- Excellent communication skills with dairy owners, co-workers, & management
- An analytical mind with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Speak read and write English (bilingual English/Spanish a plus)
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Collaborate with production, warehouse, and management teams
- Work alone and manage duties autonomously
- Consider yourself dependable and punctual because arriving at work on time is important to you.
- Have a positive attitude and treat people because it makes the work easier and feels right to you.
- Pay attention at work because you believe in being part of a healthy, safe work environment.
