We are currently searching for a Recruiting Manager in NYC (Midtown) Hybrid. This is a unique opportunity to partner with the business and hiring managers ensuring the recruiting process runs smoothly while also playing a key role in developing and supporting Talent Acquisition strategies. As an expert in TA, you will balance strategic thinking and the operational need to deliver to the business. Oversee the entire recruitment process, from collaborating with sourcing teams to develop innovative strategies, through assessment and selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding, while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the process. 140K - 160K Base Bonus Benefits Package
Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into talent plans and deliver successful outcomes
- Partner with hiring managers, senior business and HR leaders across the business providing support, guidance and managing the recruiting process, resources and spend
- Manage the recruiting process through offer as the main point of contact for hiring managers and teams, sourcing specialists / resources and HR business partners
- Oversee sourcing and talent pipelines ensuring the pool of candidates are qualified and meeting expectations
- Provide outstanding service to hiring managers with frequent contact, feedback and updates throughout search
- Utilize a data-driven approach to address and resolve any issues using people & talent analytics; providing insights and strategy recommendations to senior leaders
- Lead & support TA initiatives including DEI, enhancing quality of hires, consistency, cost, candidate & hiring manager experiences
- Review, adopt and implement new technology and/or system upgrades to support the TA function and improve process
- Identify opportunities to improve process automation & optimization, gathering information from the business and stakeholders and building a case for change and service improvements that will enhance hiring effectiveness and efficiency
Requirements:
- 7 years corporate recruiting experience managing end to end recruitment processes and strategies
- Strong communication skills: Personable and engaging with a proven record of strong relationship building
- Strong technology skills: Workday (or similar) and passion for data analytics and insights
- Proven success juggling a variety of roles and projects with competing deadlines and priorities while balancing stakeholders needs
