The Opportunity
At Bellwether Technology, we are seeking a dedicated Compliance Analyst to support our clients in adhering to industry-specific frameworks, including SOC 2 Type 2 and NIST 800. You'll be instrumental in helping clients meet compliance requirements and maintain the highest standards of security.
Your Daily Impact
In this client-focused role, you will:
- Design and execute tailored compliance policies and procedures for clients
- Identify and evaluate compliance risks and devise risk mitigation strategies
- Perform audits and assessments to confirm alignment with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Deliver training and guidance to clients and employees on compliance best practices and requirements
- Investigate and address client compliance-related concerns
- Stay current on updates to laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Collaborate with clients' IT teams to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Create reports for senior management and clients on compliance matters
- Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders as necessary
