Overview

Lead Concessions Attendant will complete guest transactions, assist with food preparation. Uses proper cash handling and accounting procedures.  Adhere to company policies related to standard operating procedures and cash handling. Ensures each guest receives great customer service, communicate, explain and sell menu offerings, products, and promotions to guests. Maintain cleanliness of area, follow safe food handling and proper hygiene practices. 

Qualifications

· Read, write and speak English fluently.

· Prefer experience in hosting, waiting, and cashiering.

· Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.

· Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.

· Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.

· Working knowledge of computer terminal and cash register operation.

· Requires 6th grade math level.

· Requires 8th grade language level.

· Requires 8th grade reasoning level.

· No employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or othe
