Shift: Monday to Friday: 7am-3:30pm - Occasional Saturdays
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour Health benefits Vision and Dental Insurance coverage available immediately.
After 90 days - you will make $16.00/HR
As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a crucial role in managing inventories and fulfilling orders, while ensuring all quality and safety standards are met. You'll help keep our warehouse organized and efficient, making a real impact in our operations!
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: At least 1 year of experience operating an electric pallet jack and other material handling equipment (MHE) is required.

- Ability to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 75 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and climb within the warehouse environment.
- Exposure to varying temperatures from cold to warm and outside weather conditions.
- Noise levels in the warehouse environment typically range from low to moderate.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Arrive to work on time and as scheduled.
- Ensure accuracy and adherence to production and safety standards.
- Utilize the warehouse picking system (Voice or Scanner).
- Retrieve product cases from storage shelves and place them on a pallet.
- Label selected cases appropriately when needed.
- Conduct product collection efficiently.
- Verify item selection accuracy and prevent product damage.
- Report any discrepancies in case counts or product descriptions to the supervisor.
- Gather the correct selection documents before the picking process.
- Select and separate warehouse products by account and stop number as indicated by computer-generated labels.
- Match the product description with the label description.
- Build pallets according to customer guidelines within the warehouse.
- Maintain production standards while minimizing errors.
- Transport completed orders to the appropriate pick-up area using a standing electric pallet jack.
- Return completed selection documents to the correct picking location as per shipping department specifications.
- Perform other warehouse tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Maintain good attendance.
- Follow safe work practices within the warehouse.
- Keep confidential information about warehouse operations private.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience operating an electric pallet jack and other essential material handling equipment is required.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures is a must.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background checks.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
PAYRATE: $15/HR to start and $16.00/Hour (After first 90-Days) PLUS Health/Dental/Vision Insurance is available. After 90-Days, you will have access to all company benefits.
