Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join Belmar Pharma. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building Apex code, creating flows, and developing software integrations (both bolt on and custom), within the Salesforce platform. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us, implementing new technologies and processes to develop solutions for our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate Salesforce with various third-party applications and custom systems, including those without native Salesforce app integrations. This role will be exposed to some ETL/ELT tools, potentially including Zapier and Azure Data Factory.
- Design and implement Salesforce Flows to automate business processes.
- Develop and maintain custom applications using Apex and Visualforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions to business users, including marketing, sales, and our educational services teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce systems issues.
- Manage external systems and processes that feed into Salesforce, including: Pardot, Cvent, Brilliant Directories, and Mighty Networks.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices and new features. Pursues certifications and ongoing education.
