What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technician Assistant position at Belmar Pharma Solutions?
The Technician Assistant is responsible for supporting the duties of the Pharmacy Technicians and Staff Pharmacists. This may include duties in the Fulfillment, Shipping, and order preparation areas.
- Gathering several components of an order and assembling them together.
- Performing basic computer and scanning functions.
- Restocking stations and storage areas with needed supplies.
- Assembling kits of prescription support items.
- Shipping orders when needed.
- Assisting with Inventory management, adjusting final inventory and participating in cycle count.
- Delivering needed items to various departments within the facility.
- Keeping the Fulfilment and Shipping areas clean and organized and removing garbage/recycling from work areas, as needed.
- Must be able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (gloves, etc) for long periods of time when required
- Performs other duties as assigned.
