Belmont has an opening for a full-time Human Resources Compliance Specialist. The Human Resources Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring ongoing compliance for all employee records for all appropriate state, federal and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Ensure ongoing compliance information for all employee HRIS records.
- Coordination of employee personnel records and compliance data for all appropriate state, federal and regulatory agencies.
- Conduct bi-weekly and monthly file and compliance audits.
- Run monthly HR Compliance Reports (License renewal, CPR, Therapeutic Options, annual compliance, annual flu program, etc.).
- Maintain up to date HR compliance binders.
- Point of contact for HR compliance related questions for employees and management.
- Serve as point of contact for employees, and management regarding Worker's Compensation inquires
- Assist HR Manager with full cycle recruitment as needed.
- Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate’s degree required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.
- Two or more year’s previous human resources office experience required.
