Key Responsibilities:

Face-to-Face Interactions:

Create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for both new and existing patients.

Manage check-ins, appointments, and check-outs with a friendly and customer-centric approach.

Address patient inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services, procedures, and general inquiries.

Patient Scheduling:

Efficiently manage and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring optimal scheduling for both the patient and the clinical team.

Collaborate closely with the clinical team to accommodate patient preferences and treatment plans.

Send timely and personalized appointment reminders through various channels.

Treatment Letters:

Draft clear and comprehensive treatment letters for patients, outlining recommended procedures, timelines, and associated details.

Liaise with the clinical team to accurately communicate treatment plans and expectations to patients.

Insurance Coverage and Claims:

Verify insurance coverage for patients, ensuring accurate information is on file.

Assist patients in understanding their insurance benefits and coverage details.

Manage insurance claims process, including submission, follow-up, and resolution of any discrepancies.

Administrative Support:

Maintain organized patient records and update information as necessary.

Collaborate with the administrative team to streamline office processes.

Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about new procedures and policies.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a dental or medical setting.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Proficient in using dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
