Manufacturing Team Leader - 2nd Shift

Belmont Engineered Plastics is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Team Leader to oversee our production team and ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing experience in leading a team to meet daily schedule requirements and the ability to motivate employees and troubleshoot in order to achieve goals.

The right person for the team will have the following skills and experience:

Duties/Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, communication and decision-making skills.
• Have experience with 5s and LEAN Manufacturing
• Preferred experience working in Plastics Injection Molding
• Must be able to follow safety protocol's and ensure team is working safe and following work instructions
• Ability to maintain a positive team and plant environment to promote safety, employee engagement, and housekeeping
