- Valid/Current Wisconsin CNA Certification
- Shift differentials for PM and NOC
- Work schedules are not cut due to low census!
- Current Opportunities for Flexible Scheduling!
- Get paid more for working PM or Night shifts!
- We will not mandate you to stay or work more than your scheduled shift
- OT paid for any hours worked over 8
CNA responsibilities:
- Providing members with routine daily cares in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort
- Ensure that residents and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring, compassionate and dignified manner which recognizes the individual’s needs and rights.
- Follows resident care/treatment plans, documents noted changes in a resident’s physical, psychosocial, mental, or emotional conditions according to community policy and procedure.
