Job Description:
We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Weekend Warrior team, working 36 hours over 3 days: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Foster a culture of compassion and empathy within our community
- Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, meeting individual needs and promoting overall well-being
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Prioritize resident safety and satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly and professionally
