Position Overview : As the Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Draft, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring seamless daily operations, maintaining service excellence, and driving guest satisfaction. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will oversee front-of-house operations, lead and develop the team, and ensure financial and operational goals are met. Your ability to lead by example, solve problems efficiently, and uphold high standards will be essential to the success of the restaurant. What Youll Do : Lead by Example : Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences at Draft. Inspire and Develop : Train, mentor, and support team members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
