About the IT Manager Role As an IT Manager at Belmont Park, you'll oversee all technology operations, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our IT systems, POS platforms, security cameras, AV equipment, and network infrastructure.
You'll lead a team of IT and game technicians, implement strategic technology initiatives, and support various departments to enhance our overall guest and employee experience.
What You'll Do as an IT Manager : Lead & Innovate IT Operations - Oversee daily IT functions, ensuring seamless operations for our park's ticketing, POS, networking, security systems, and AV solutions.
Optimize Infrastructure & Security - Manage system performance, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery plans to maintain the integrity and security of our technology.
Support & Develop a High-Performing Team - Guide IT and game technicians, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Drive Technology Strategy - Identify and implement cutting-edge IT solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the park's overall operations.
Collaborate & Problem-Solve - Work closely with executives, department leaders, and external vendors to troubleshoot, enhance systems, and develop IT policies and procedures.
Manage IT Budget & Resources - Oversee IT expenditures, negotiate vendor contracts, and allocate resources to ensure cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.
What We're Looking For : 3 years of IT management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Strong technical knowledge in Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server Administration, networking (Cisco Meraki, Fortigate), and security systems (Milestone VMS).
Experience with POS & Ticketing Systems such as Toast POS and Accesso / Siriusware is a plus.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team, train staff, and drive IT excellence.
Analytical & problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with executives, vendors, and employees across all levels.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and nights in a dynamic entertainment setting.
