As an Apartment Host, you will be involved in both the operations of our private clienteling space, 'the Apartment,' and the initiatives of the Private Client Services team. You will act as host and greet VIPs and High Net Worth Individuals, offering a five-star hospitality experience to guests of the Village. Key responsibilities include:
As an Apartment Host, you will be involved in both the operations of our private clienteling space, 'the Apartment,' and the initiatives of the Private Client Services team. You will act as host and greet VIPs and High Net Worth Individuals, offering a five-star hospitality experience to guests of the Village. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning the guest's itinerary efficiently, as directed by the Senior Hospitality Manager.
- Acting as host and offering a warm and luxury-focused welcome, including concierge services, food & beverage offerings and hospitality duties.
- Providing knowledgeable insights on all brands and the unique offers and promotions within the Village.
- Familiarity with all Village operational policies & procedures and executing them seamlessly on the guests' behalf.
- Responding to guest requests for special arrangements (e.g., transportation, restaurant reservations, etc.).
- Identifying any key areas of concern during a shift (e.g., maintenance of facilities).
- Engaging in, and supporting, Hospitality initiatives within the Village to surprise & delight our guests.
- Aiming to improve the services of the Apartment and storytelling of the products (e.g., food & beverage), in partnership with the Senior Hospitality Manager.
- Proactively building and maintaining relationships with brands and researching their key products, price point, target market, history and value.
