Job Description
- Assist boutique managers with profitable in-store presentation, customer service, and performance improvement suggestions.
- Provide weekly reporting to the Retail Director and senior leadership on accurate and timely performance data with supporting analysis.
- Work with Leasing and Operations teams to ensure smooth implementation of initiatives and new store openings.
Key responsibilities include developing productive working relationships within the store leadership teams, communicating training needs and suggesting programs for store staff development, and executing Brand Compliance checks in partnership with Operations.
