What You'll Do :
Bring Ideas to Life : Create captivating visuals that reflect Belmont Park's brand, enhancing the guest experience and celebrating our 100-year history.
Design for Impact : Produce graphics for social media, print materials, signage, and digital platforms, ensuring consistency and vibrancy across all channels.
Collaborate Creatively : Work with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and execute design solutions that align with our mission and core values.
Maintain Brand Excellence : Uphold brand guidelines while introducing fresh and innovative design concepts.
Adapt and Innovate : Be ready to tackle last-minute design needs while keeping projects organized and meeting deadlines.
What We're Looking For :
A creative thinker with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design skills.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
Physical Requirements :
Able to stand / walk up to eight hours at a time.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds at times. Able to move equipment which would include pushing, pulling, stooping and shoving, and bending.
Able to work outdoors may be exposed to a variety of weather conditions such as rain, cold temperatures, direct sunlight, high heat, and humidity.
Able to work in a noisy environment.
Ability to climb stairs.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. The employee is frequently required to use hands, fingers, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
Skills / Qualifications :
Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer for 3-5 years
Strong portfolio of completed design projects that delivered results for the client and accurately reflect your skills
Expert level experience with Adobe CC applications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to drive the creative process from initial conception to final execution, producing high-quality, original content
Strong aesthetic skills and typographic abilities
Incredible attention to detail and ability to focus
Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships and trust
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Expected Hours of Work
