What You'll Do

Keep it Clean! Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
Be a Dishwashing Dynamo! Work efficiently with high-powered dishwashing machines, especially during busy shifts, so every item is ready when needed.
Maintain the Kitchen Sparkle. Keep floors clean, trash emptied, and stations organized for a safe and tidy environment.

Requirements

Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand continuously throughout an 8-hour shift or more.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Must be able to constantly stand and exert well-paced mobility for a period up to four hours in length.

Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and squat on a frequent basis to receive and store stock, supplies and equipment as well as to work the line during service periods.

Must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors, employees, vendors and guests.
