We are seeking a detail- oriented and efficient Billing Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all incoming property bills and streamlining coordination with the accounting department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, review, and process property bills, invoices and statements.
• Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure timely and accurate bill payments,
• Maintain a detailed record of all processed bills, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Resolve discrepancies or issues related to billing with vendors and suppliers.
• Assist with generating monthly reports and maintaining documentation for audits.
• Provide support in streamlining billing workflows and improving efficiency.
• Work closely with property managers to ensure accurate allocation of expenses across properties.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher in accounting, fianance, or related field preferred.
• proven experience in billing, accounts payable, or a similar role, preferably in property management or real estate.
• Proficiency in accounting software ( experience with Yardi Breeze is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
