Position Overview:
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! This role is critical to ensuring our properties remain safe, functional and welcoming for our residents. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience in residential maintenance, and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry.
- Prepare vacant units for new residents (repairs, painting, cleaning).
- Respond to work orders and resident maintenance requests promptly.
- Ensure property grounds and common areas remain clean and safe.
- Troubleshoot and resolve emergency maintenance issues efficiently.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce breakdowns and service disruptions,
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in residential maintenance or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry.
- Ability to use maintenance tools and equipment effectively.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
