We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to manage and perform a variety of tasks to ensure our community remains safe, comfortable and appealing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean commons areas, including lobbies, hallways and recreational facilities, ensuring they are welcoming and tidy.
- Maintain the beauty and health of our outdoor landscapes through general landscaping.
- Respond to maintenance requests from the tenants involving light plumbing, electrical repairs and other general maintenance tasks.
- Assist the community Manager with routine inspections of units to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in maintenance work, including basic plumbing and electrical tasks.
- Ability to handle physical workload and operate maintenance equipment safely.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
