Experience with seniors preferred but not required. We do on the job training for all shifts. Job duties include but are not limited to: assistance with activities of daily living (ADL's), cooking, cleaning, bathing, assisting in the bathroom, helping them get dressed, medication administration (QMAP), etc. Staff work independently so candidates must have a QMAP. Day shift 8am-4pm, Afternoon shift 4pm-12pm, & Graveyard shift 12am-8am. In immediate need of the Afternoon shift on Monday & Tuesday. Applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check. Wage starts at minimum wage unless the candidate has any current certifications (First Aid/CPR) and/or QMAP. Staff work independently and must have a QMAP to apply.
We are a small non-profit assisted living facility housing 30-40 residents. We have five homes in a cul-de-sac with 9-10 residents who live in each home. Staff only have up to 10 residents to care for on all shifts. We do not offer full benefits, however; we do offer Dental and Vision at a minimal cost to the employee during open enrollment. Due to COVID-19, we will ask if applicants are vaccinated and able to wear a mask as this impacts the guidance of residential care facilities. We also want to ensure the wellness and safety of our residents.
